Our system is currently set up to send out emails once your order has been placed and your payment has been received, and then our system sends out another email when your order has shipped. If you would like to know the status of your order in between these times, please email fiveaminc@gmail.com. PLEASE ALLOW  24 TO 48 HOURS FOR EMAIL RESPONSES DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF EMAILS.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Shipping takes place AFTER the order has gone through production and fulfillment. Delays for fulfillment can be found in the paragraph above.

We allow returns for 5AM store credit in the amount of your purchase (not including the original shipping cost) within 7 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached or in bag. If have an issue you can contact us on our Contact tab. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All of our items run true to their sizing and fit, so we suggest ordering your normal size for every product. Be aware that some products are oversized by design.
